Kubo primarily focuses on user experience and product design services. While we do provide comprehensive specifications and guidelines for development based on our designs, we do not currently take on full development projects ourselves. Our aim is to remain highly specialized in user experience and product design.

We provide the following services to support development:- Interactive prototypes that accurately reflect the designed experience to build from.- Comprehensive design specifications, user flows, interface details, and assets like graphics.- Design consultation with developers to answer questions, review builds, and make any necessary changes.- Usability testing of development builds to catch issues early and ensure the best product outcome.- Iteration post-launch to improve the UX based on usage data, user feedback, and testing.

At the end of an iteration, we have a handover process that constitutes speaking to your development team about implementational guidelines and discussing potential areas of improvement. Once this is done, we work with the development team to set up an analytics system to gather insights. These insights are serve as our baseline for the next iteration, forming a feedback loop.
