Kubo stems from the vision of a future where people pursue big ideas that change the way we think, work and live. We see ourselves as that elder friend you occasionally catch up with after work, to discuss work and organize your thoughts. We are a bunch of eccentrics who believe in the power of transformational thinking and therefore aim to play our part in bringing such thoughts to life. Kubo intends to equip ideators with resources, tools, and experiences that effectuate change.

At Kubo, we're building a culture of freedom where we believe you take complete responsibility over your time and responsibilities. Not only do we encourage the team to work on their own projects (an in-house flamethrower being one of them), but we also celebrate the smallest of milestones and try to make everything we do fun and entertaining.
